Deleting Approval Users

Before deleting an approver ensure they do not have any outstanding approvals assigned to them, and place them in an approval group if they are not already, to ensure that the approval process can easily continue.

Procedure

  1. Select the Security tab.
  2. Locate the approver, then click on the security browse tree menu.
  3. Click Delete.
Note:

Fully deleting a user removes the user's comments and state changes from the Approvals and Notes screen.
